Cancellation & Refund Policy
Litevitae provides personalised health and lifestyle programmes that may include medical assessment, ongoing professional support, lifestyle guidance and diagnostic services.
Your right to cancel
If you purchase the Litevitae programme online, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, in accordance with applicable Dutch consumer law.
If you ask Litevitae to begin providing services during this 14-day period, you are required to pay for services that have already been provided before you cancel.
After services have started
Where medical assessments, consultations, diagnostic services or other personalised services have already been provided, any refund will take into account the services already delivered and costs already incurred.
Once a service has been fully performed with your prior consent, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply where permitted by law.
Medication
Prescription medication is only provided when clinically appropriate and prescribed by an authorised healthcare professional. Medication supplied by a dispensing pharmacy is subject to the pharmacy’s own terms and applicable rules. For safety reasons, dispensed prescription medication generally cannot be returned for resale.
Diagnostic tests
Where an at-home diagnostic test kit has already been dispatched, used or processed, the associated costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
How to cancel
To request a cancellation or discuss a refund, please contact Litevitae and include your name and the email address used for your order.
We will review your request and confirm any refund due in accordance with your agreement and applicable consumer law.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have under applicable Dutch or European consumer law.
Programme commitment
The Litevitae Getting Started programme covers your first three months of care. The programme fee is €89 per month for three months.
By purchasing the programme, you agree to this three-month commitment, subject to your statutory cancellation rights described above.
Any services offered after the initial three-month period, including ongoing support and prescription medication where clinically appropriate, will be clearly communicated and agreed separately before additional charges are made.
